1. How is the best way to contact Frameworthy Photography and schedule your services?
Please email us at info@frameworthy.com, and provide us with your request for service. You can also call us at 540-720-4679 and leave a message and your phone number and a good time to reach you. We will return your call as quickly as possible.

2. How do I look at the pictures that were taken?
You will be notified via email when your pictures are ready to be reviewed online, normally within two weeks after your photo session. This email will include instructions on how to view your pictures, and will include a gallery name, user name and password for privacy considerations. To view your images, go to "www.frameworthy.com", click the "Gallery"' button, and then enter the gallery name provided. You will then be prompted for a User Name and Password. Once correctly entered, small "thumbnail" images of all of your processed pictures will display. Each thumbnail can be clicked to display a larger version of each image.

3. How do I place an order?
Each image will contain an "Add to Cart" button that can be clicked to display the products that can be ordered for that image. Once you have reviewed the images and selected your desired purchases, please click the "View Cart" button to review your order. Your order isn't placed until you click the "Check Out" button, which will provide additional payment information, and one last chance to change your order. We can also accept email orders, as long as all of the necessary information is provided. We will send you an email when we receive your order and again when we receive your payment.

4. How do I pay for my order?
Payment for packages are due in full at or prior to the event being photographed. Cash, check or money order are accepted, made payable to "Frameworthy Photography". For orders made via our shopping cart, please mail a check or money order payable to 'Frameworthy Photography' to the address shown at the bottom of this page. Please don't send cash. Orders are not processed until payment is received. We currently do not allow for online payment. These instructions are repeated when you order online.

5. Can I use a credit card to pay?
Unfortunately we are not yet able to process credit card payments.

6. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Normally we can fully process your order within 7-10 days after receiving both your order and payment. Weddings and large events may require longer processing time. Poster orders can take up to three weeks. We will begin processing your order immediately after we receive both your order and payment. We will send you another email when your order is ready for delivery. For large orders we will try to arrange a time to deliver your order in person. For smaller orders we may choose to ship your order.

7. What if I'm not happy with what I ordered?
We will work with you to see that you are pleased with both our services and the product we deliver.

8. What if I want to use your picture on a product that you don't offer?
We are always open to adding new product lines. If we don't offer the product you want, please contact us and describe what new offering you would like us to offer. We will do what we can to provide you with photographic products at fair prices.
